What We
Offer
Equine Assisted Therapy
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is a gentle way to help people heal and grow by connecting with horses. This special relationship creates a safe space, helping to build trust and cope with challenges in the future. EAP is becoming well-known around the world for its effectiveness with various groups, including adults, children, teens, and specific populations like veterans and Aboriginal youth. EAP can help with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, improving social, emotional and communication skills, boosting self-esteem and more.
EAP sessions are either outdoors or within an undercover area. There is no horse riding involved and clients do not need to have any previous horse experience.
Meet & Greet or Enquiry Call

These are great chances for us to get to know each other and see if our therapy options are a good match for you. We can’t wait to talk with you!
Outdoor Walk and Talk

In an equine setting, working with horses can lead to new insights and personal growth.
-
Outdoor walk-and-talk sessions create a relaxed space for open conversations while enjoying nature.
